Here is how our Virtual matchmaking event works:
1) Registration
Register via the Register button and select whether you are a Student or a Recruiting Organisation. Complete your profile and select the events you wish to attend:
- 1:1 Meeting option to use our online chat & videoconferencing tool
- Webinar Sessions to attend our webinars on EU & UN careers
2) Browse profiles
Go to the participants list to find out who is offering interesting and promising job opportunities. As a student, you can select the "Recruiting Organisation category" & as a Recruiting Organisation, you can select the "Students" category.
3) Browse marketplace
On the marketplace, students will be able to browse through the recruiting organisation's job offers and brochures, and request a meeting to discuss more about it.
4) Meeting requests & Messaging - (!) REFRESH PAGE TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS & MESSAGES
Browse participants profiles and send meeting requests to those with whom you want to organise a 1:1 meeting during the event. Each 1:1 meeting will only last 10 minutes. From the "Participant" page, you can initiate a Virtual Meeting or simply Message our students and participating organisations.

5) Matchmaking Event
Access all your meetings and sessions in My Agenda, where you can find your complete schedule (including planned webinars & one-on-one virtual meetings).
